David A. Walls
David Walls is a business attorney with more than 25 years of experience advising clients in the construction, energy, manufacturing and insurance industries. His primary area of practice is representing developers, owners, vendors and contractors in every aspect of commercial construction. David also represents oil and gas clients in contract negotiations, exploration, and development agreements and in the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets.
Byrona J. Maule
Byrona J. Maule is a Director and Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment practice group, as well as a member of the Healthcare practice group. She represents executives and companies in a wide range of business and litigation matters with a strong emphasis on employment matters, including ensuring compliance before various state and federal regulatory boards.
Jonathan is a director in BKD’s National Construction & Real Estate Group and the employee benefit plan team. He has more than 11 years of experience providing audit, review, compilation, tax and accounting services to clients in commercial industries. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He serves on the board of the Construction Financial Management Association’s Oklahoma Chapter. He is a 2006 graduate of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, with a B.S. degree in accounting and a 2007 graduate with an M.S. degree in accounting.
Zach is a manager in BKD’s Oklahoma audit and assurance team and focuses on commercial industries, including transportation, manufacturing and construction. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He participates with the Oklahoma chapters of The Associated General Contractors of America and Construction Financial Management Association, as well as BKD’s efforts with the United Way’s annual Day of Caring. He is a 2010 graduate of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, with a B.S. degree in accounting, and a 2011 graduate of Oklahoma City University with an M.S. degree in accounting.
