Bobby joined Timberlake Construction in 2015 after serving the construction industry as an auditor for a public accounting firm for 12.5 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant and was the first Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional in Oklahoma.
Bobby first heard of CFMA when she attended the AGC/CFMA conference in 2010. She returned from the conference only to discover that there was no chapter in Oklahoma. She attempted to get a chapter started a few times but was unsuccessful. In August of 2016 a small group gathered together and we were finally able to launch the Oklahoma chapter! She is currently serving as President of the Oklahoma Chapter.
In addition to CFMA, Bobby is the treasurer of her Neighborhood Association, a member and volunteer of the Oklahoma business Ethics Consortium and 20 year member and volunteer at Church of the Harvest
John is a partner in the Hogan Taylor's Tulsa Office. He has more than 18 years experience providing assurance and advisory services to a variety of industries. John is currently the leader of Hogan Taylor's construction practice. He is a founding member of the Oklahoma CFMA chapter and is the firm's delegate for CICPAC, and organization of CPA professionals who specialize in construction. John also serves on a variety of Board of Directors and membership committees with organizations he is passionate about.
Jonathan is a director in BKD's National Construction & Real Estate Group and the employee benefit plan team. He has more than 11 years of experience providing audit, review, compilation, tax and accounting services to clients in the commercial industries. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Oklahoma Society of CPAs. He serves on the board of the Construction Financial Management Associations's Oklahoma Chapter. He is a 2006 graduate of Oklahoma State University Stillwater, with a B.S. degree in accounting and a 2007 graduate with an M.S. degree in accounting.

Dillon Rosenhamer, CRIS has been with INSURICA since 2009. Dillon ascended to a partner in the agency within his first four years due to the extensive growth he provided to the construction practice and was named the Oklahoma Construction/Surety Practice Leader for INSURICA. His primary focus is alternative risk financing methods for contractors and surety expertise. He is active in the local construction associations serving terms on the AGC Board of Directors and legislative committee.
Program Committee Chair
Ruth is Senior Financial Manager at Grooms & Pollard Utility Services, a contractor providing quality utility and plumbing installation to the commercial construction industry. She has worked in this capacity for six years, but has worked in the construction industry for several years prior, as an accountant for a building supply company. In addition to the financial management responsibilities at G&P, her duties include human resource and benefits management.
Ruth has been a member of CFMA since 2015 and currently serves as the Program chair for the Oklahoma Tulsa OK chapter. She actively participates in the local chapter of ASA, American Subcontractors Association, and has recently become a member of SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Management.
