Speaker Bio: 

Brian has approximately 16 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to clients in multiple industries.  He is regional industry leader for BKD Commercial Enterprises Group in the South Region, a four-state area with 12 offices. In this role, Brian serves on the firm wide Commercial Enterprises Committee that sets the group’s strategic direction and determines key growth initiatives.

He also has a focus in private equity groups and private equity-backed companies, as well as U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings and compliance.

In 2014, he was the employee recipient of the BKD PRIDE Award, which honors annually one employee and one partner firmwide who exemplify BKD’s PRIDE values—passion, respect, integrity, discipline, and excellence.

Brian is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class 35 and Leadership Tulsa Class 47. He was recognized by Oklahoma Gazette as a 2018 40 Under 40 honoree, The Journal Record as a 2015 Achiever Under 40, and the OSCPA as a 2015 Trailblazer. Brian also serves as a board member for the Mental Health Association of Oklahoma, YMCA Greater Oklahoma City, and Leadership Oklahoma City.
